Not Clearly Pro or Con to the question "Is Drinking Milk Healthy for Humans?"
"With regard to human health, dairy foods bring up any number of concerns. Cow's milk is indeed high in calcium, but whether a diet high in dairy calcium protects you against osteoporosis or any other disease is a matter of considerable debate. Milk is also high in fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol, substances that are best avoided in large amounts."
